Institute of World Policy held an annual presentation of the results of the rating "Top-10 foreign ambassadors in Ukraine" and "Top-10 Ukrainian ambassadors abroad".
And now a few words about rating itself. It was attended by thirty experts who constantly monitor the activities of diplomatic missions, most of experts are able to meet with them directly and assess their work. Every expert pointed out the five most effective diplomats, to his mind, and assessed them by a ten-point scale.
