Paper, prepared by the Center of Economic and Social Development (Azerbaijan) presents the analysis of institutional, legislative and administrative reforms in Azerbaijan, also steps need to be taken to meet country international commitments and advance its visa dialogue with the EU. The overview of the legislation on migration, combating organized crime, terrorism, money laundering, human trafficking is also included.
