This Draft Law defines the rights and obligations of foreigners and stateless persons who stay in Ukraine; it also sets the order of their arrival to Ukraine and their responsibilities.
The Draft Law # 8570 as of 26.05.2011 was
submitted to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
The Profile Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine is the Committee on Human Rights, Minorities and International Relations.
The Draft Law is submitted for consideration to
the Committee.
