This law defines the procedure for recognition the refugee or the person, who requires additional or temporary protection, loss and deprivation of this status and legal status of refugees and persons complementary or provisional protection and who have been granted the temporary protection in Ukraine.
This Draft Law # 7252 as of 14.10.2010 was passed by the Parliament in the first reading (02.06.2011)
