President Viktor Yanukovych expressed his hope that the parties approve a new phase of the Action Plan on Visa Liberalisation during the EU-Ukraine Summit in December this year.
Yanukovych said about it during the extended negotiations with the President of European Commission Jose Manuel Barroso in Kyiv.
"I hope that we can establish the transition to a new stage of the Action Plan implementation during the next EU-Ukraine summit"- The President said.
But he promised that Ukraine will provide fast and efficient implementation of this Action Plan.
On April 13, The Prime Minister of Poland Donald Tusk predicted, during his visit to Kyiv, that the EU does not abolish visas for Ukrainian cititzens this year.
