EWB publishes the full text of the Action Plan on Visa Liberalisation presented by the EU at the EU-Ukraine summit in Brussels on November 22, 2010. This document is not officially available at the official EU and Ukraine’s websites (for reasons, unclear for the civil society). Nevertheless, taking into account high public importance of this document,we decided to make it public.
