The publication contains analysis and recommendations on the policies towards visa-free regime (both at a diplomatic level and about the relevant reforms). It comes about specific opportunities of the Eastern Partnership regarding liberalization of visa regime with the EU. The recommendations apply not only Ukraine but other EaP countries. Among experts contributed to the study are those from two leading European think-tanks and public initiatives: the European Policy Centre (EPC) and the European Stability Initiative (ESI). The study was supported by the International Renaissance Foundation.
