The first session of the EURONEST Parliamentary Assembly will be held in Strasbourg on September 14-15.
The agenda for the session has been already ascertained. Report on energy security, as well as important proposals prepared by Azerbaijan delegation will be presented at the event, press service of the Milli Majlis of Azerbaijan said. Participants will prepare recommendations concerning the Eastern Partnership Summit to be held in Warsaw late September.
Co-rapporteurs of the Committee on Political Affairs, Human Rights and Democracy have prepared initial report “Recommendations for 2011 Eastern Partnership Summit: high expectations for purposeful activity”, that was sent to EURONEST PA committees to be reviewed. The committees discussed the report, and prepared a special review.
