"Swindlers falsified the certificates of residence in Ukraine, because their services were used mostly by illegal aliens to exit Europe" – said the chief of the press service of the City Police Volodymyr Polishchuk.
They demanded from one to ten thousands euros for the forgery. Swindlers rented a place on Bogdan Khmelnytsky Street, where a dozen of various European embassies and consulates are situated. Three years in prison threaten to swindlers.
